Lauren Bennett & Jeremy Hunsicker

When it comes to true love and a Cinderella Story, no couple seems to fit the mold more than our “feature Couple” Jeremy and Lauren.
These two crazy kids met back in middle school and attended the same church, with often, Lauren’s
mom actually stopping to pick Jeremy up. After a while, her mom decided that these two were spending
way too much time together and that the flirting was over the top but that didn’t stop them. Sadly,
Jeremy moved out of the area after he turned 18 and the two fell out of contact. One night, while
Lauren was out having a few drinks, not knowing that Jeremy was back in town, she ran into her true
love once again and they picked up right where they left off! Thousands of texts messages turned into hours of phone calls which led to countless dates and the two were practically inseparable from then on.
Lauren, a makeup artist, is around weddings 24/7, so the two actually had their entire wedding planned out before Jeremy ever proposed! While at a bridal show, which Lauren attends regularly because of her business, Jeremy decided to surprise her in front of the entire crowd (Lauren does not like to be in frontof crowds in any way), and proposed to her in front of 200 people!
Lauren and Jeremy exchanged vows at Riverview Country Club on July 4th, 2014! We asked the couple to each share a bit of advice with future couples and here is what they had to say:
Jeremy’s advice: Don’t sweat the small stuff, and it’s all small stuff.
Lauren’s advice: The best “bride advice” I can give a bride is to be true to yourself and be honest about what you are looking for. Interview a few more people than just one in each category. Make sure you explain the way you imagined this day from the time you were a little girl until the moment you say “I DO.” Don’t settle for anything less than the best! You deserve it!!
